We are so excited to celebrate with you in one of the places closest to our hearts.
While we've built our lives together in Texas, Peru has always been a special part of our story. Mariagrazia was born in Lima, and sharing the beauty, culture, and traditions of her home country with the people we love has been a dream of ours.
After exploring Peru together, Nicholas quickly fell in love with its incredible food, breathtaking landscapes, and warm spirit. We knew there was no better place to begin this next chapter than in the magical Sacred Valley (Valle Sagrado) of Cusco, Peru.

In the days leading up to the wedding festivities, the couple and their families will also be enjoying a variety of activities throughout Lima and Cusco. We warmly invite you to join us for as much or as little of the itinerary as you'd like—whether it's one excursion or the entire experience. We will be taking a day trip to Machu Picchu on Thursday, July 1st, 2027 and would especially love for our guests to join us this day.
For Machu Picchu and all prior excursions, we are partnering with Patricia Bytton from Explore Inca travel agency to coordinate all guest reservations. Please contact Patricia Bytton directly for additional details and booking for Machu Picchu and prior excursions. Mention that you are part of the "Arata Magaña Wedding".
★ Note: If you plan to join Nick and MG for the Machu Picchu day trip, please contact Patricia by December 15th, 2026. Due to Peru's limited ticket release system, entry time slots are limited and often sell out shortly after they become available. While tickets may still be available if you book later, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same entry time as the couple. Later Machu Picchu bookings are subject to availability.

Planning Ahead
We are thrilled to celebrate with you in Cusco! To make planning as easy and stress-free as possible, we've partnered with Explore Inca, a dedicated travel agency, to assist our guests with accommodations, airport transfers, optional excursions, and any travel-related questions prior to the wedding events.
If you are considering attending, we encourage you to contact Patricia Bytton before December 15th, 2026. Patricia and her team will help you create an itinerary that fits your schedule and interests while ensuring you don't miss important booking windows.
Some optional excursions, specifically Machu Picchu, have limited availability and are best reserved several months in advance. If you think you may be interested, we encourage you to reach out to Patricia soon after receiving your Save the Date. There is no need to wait until formal invitations are mailed.

We have reserved a limited block at our wedding hotel for our guests. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. Discounted room block is available from Wednesday, June 30th to Sunday, July 4th, 2027. All room block rates include complimentary buffet breakfast daily.
Please be sure to complete your reservation as soon as possible to ensure you are able to stay with us at the wedding property! On April 3rd, any remaining rooms that have not been reserved for in our wedding block will be released to the public. After this date, we cannot guarantee hotel availability, especially during the busy travel season. Payment deadline is May 12, 2027.

Flights
Getting to Valle Sagrado, Cusco, Peru
When planning your travel, please note that all flights to Cusco connect through Lima- Peru's capital city. There are currently no international direct flights into Cusco.
For guests traveling from Houston, United Airlines offers the only nonstop flight to Lima, making it one of the most convenient options. The outbound flight typically departs at 4:00 PM and arrives in Lima around 11:00 PM. The return flight departs Lima at 12:55 AM and arrives in Houston at approximately 7:45 AM, making it an overnight (red-eye) flight. The nonstop flight time is approximately 7 hours each way, and there is no time change between Houston and Lima during this season.
Guests departing from Austin, Corpus Christi, or other cities will typically have one or more connections before arriving in Lima.
We recommend booking your flights early, as availability and pricing can change significantly. If possible, allow at least 2–3 hours between your arrival in Lima and your connecting flight to Cusco. This will provide ample time for immigration, baggage claim, customs, and re-checking your luggage before your domestic flight.
Once arrived to Cusco, the Sacred Valley is about 1-1.5 hours from downtown Cusco by car. Guests may travel to the Sacred Valley by private transfer, shared shuttle service, and taxi or rideshare service. Please see details below for transportation options.

Other transportation options include:
• Uber and Cabify are widely available in Lima and Cusco
• Airport options such as Airport Express Lima, and pre-booked car services like Taxidatum or Gringos Taxi are recommended
• Official taxis can also be arranged through your hotel and are a safe option for local travel. Avoid hailing random unmarked cars off the street due to safety and overcharging risks. If you must take a traditional taxi, ask your hotel to call an official dispatch service.
• For travel between Cusco and the Sacred Valley, we recommend arranging a private transfer through our travel agency or the hotel
